We do accept returns in the case of the item being faulty and we will replace the item and refund the customer postage in such cases after we have received the item back. You must notify us within 7 days of receipt in writing if you wish to return any item (email is acceptable).  Faulty Items must be returned in their original undamaged packaging by trackable receiptable postal methods within 14 days of receipt BUT PLEASE EMAIL US BEFORE RETURNING ANY FAULTY ITEM AS WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO ARRANGE COLLECTION BY OUR OWN COURIER. If you wish to return an item that is not faulty just because you have changed your mind we will NOT REFUND YOUR POSTAGE CHARGES for the cost of the item being delivered to you NOR YOUR POSTAGE CHARGES for the cost of returning the unwanted item to us. Unwanted items must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt in their original undamaged packaging and original condition by receiptable trackable postal methods otherwise no refund will be issued.
