Delivery within the UK

Small item orders are usually dispatched within 3 working days.

Larger item orders require more specialist care and handling and are therefore dispatched through our specialist furniture distribution agent. Please note this service does take longer, please allow approximately 28 days for delivery. Our distribution agent will contact you once your order is processed and you will be advised of an expected delivery date and time. As our reproduction french furniture is hand-made the re order time for goods out of stock can be between 8-12 weeks. We aim to be as accurate as we can with delivery estimates but should a delay occur with shipping, we ask all our customers to be patient if this occurs.

We deliver to the whole of mainland UK and can also deliver to more remote areas including the Scottish Highlands, Scottish Isles, Ireland, Isle of Man, and Isle of Wight. Please note there will be an additional surcharge for this, please contact us before ordering for the relevant surchage. 

Before accepting your item(s) from the courier please thoroughly check inside the boxes before signing, even if the boxes appear to be in perfect condition. If the item(s) are not in perfect condition, please do not accept the delivery and contact us immediately. The courier will then return the rejected item(s) to us and replacements will be sent asap. 

Once items are accepted we cannot be held responsible for any loss, damage or claims whatsoever.

Please be certain your purchase(s) will fit through doorways, upstairs etc… before you buy to avoid disappointment on delivery. We cannot accept any opened returns for goods that cannot fit into your home or cannot be delivered due to access restrictions. Always ensure there is someone there to accept and sign for the item(s) as the full delivery charge will be made for any failed delivery. 

Our guarantee, returns and refunds

We want you to be delighted with your purchases. If the items you have chosen do not meet your approval, please contact us within 7 days and we will be happy to make a refund or exchange (excluding the outward courier charges) and a 10% restocking fee. You must return the item(s) to us undamaged and in their original packaging at your cost. It is advisable to get proof of posting and insurance as we cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen or damaged returns. Please note we cannot refund special orders.
