We are open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm, excluding public holidays. Questions & transactions will be dealt with as quickly as possible during normal business hours. We can accept payment via credit or debit card, cheque, draft, transfer, paypal or in person / on collection. Payment is required prior to shipment. Cheques may need to clear, taking 3-5 days approx. Please do not send cash by post. Postal payments should be sent to our London office.

We do not ship via postal services, unless specified in the item listing, or to a BFPO upon request. We do require a full postal address, as our delivery company does not deliver to PO Box addresses. A telephone number is also requested by our courier, which will only be used in case of delivery issue/s.
