Product Description

Freecom External FS-1 CD-RW USB laptop slim for use with  EEEPC ASUS netbooks or any computer requiring an external USB 2.0 drive.

Freecom is a German brand. It comes with a USB cable and the back of the drive has a USB mini port.

You would need a 5.5v 2.2a DC adapter to power this drive (standard universal DC adaptors). I am not sure if you could get it to work self powered with another USB cable.
