Extremely attractive and rare is this Framed, Glazed and signed Water Colour of Boats at low water based at Mersey Essex.. Its 14" wide x 10.75"  tall and in good used undamaged condition..

The artist Bill Parrott has signed it on the lower right hand side....

This appears to have been taken at low tide....

Very interesting piece of Mersey History which looks quite stunning hung on a wall.
