This Sale/Auction is for four different Movie Soundtrack Postcards -
 
1) Postcard used for advertising the original Soundtrack for the epic movie Gladiator  the 2000 Academy Award- and Golden Globe-winning film starring Russell Crowe (who won the Academy Award for Best Actor for his role as "Maximus" in the film Gladiator), Joaquin Phoenix, Connie Nielsen, Oliver Reed and Richard Harris. The original score and songs were composed by Hans Zimmer and Lisa Gerrard and was released in 2000, entitled Gladiator: Music From the Motion Picture. The orchestra was conducted by Gavin Greenaway.

2) Postcard used for advertising an original theme Soundtrack by boy band Busted for the 2004 movie THUNDERBIRDS. The band was out in America, they were then invited to record the theme tune to the brand new "Thunderbirds" movie that was coming out that summer. Released as a double-a-side with the album track, "3am", it gave them their fourth and final #1 in August 2004, staying at the top for two weeks, the longest they had ever spent at the top, and would later go onto win them "Record Of The Year" in December that year.

The album won the Golden Globe Award for Best Original Score and was also nominated for the Academy Award and BAFTA Award for Best Score ("Anthony Asquith Award for Film Music").

It is among the most successfull film scores of the 21st Century. 

3) Postcard used for advertising the movie soundtrack for the movie Pride & Prejudice a 2005 film based on the Jane Austen novel of the same name. This second major motion-picture was produced by Working Title Films, directed by Joe Wright and based on a screenplay by Deborah Moggach. Music by Dario Marianelli (Piano performed by Jean-Yves Thibaudet).

4) Postcard used for advertising the movie soundtrack for The Devil Wears Prada a 2006 comedy-drama film, a loose screen adaptation of Lauren Weisberger's 2003 novel of the same name. It stars Anne Hathaway as Andy Sachs, a recent college graduate who goes to New York City and gets a job as a co-assistant to powerful and demanding fashion magazine editor Miranda Priestly, played by Meryl Streep. Emily Blunt and Stanley Tucci co-star in support of the two leads, as catty co-assistant Emily Charlton, and critical yet supportive Art Director Nigel, respectively. Adrian Grenier, Simon Baker and Tracie Thoms play key supporting roles. Wendy Finerman produced and David Frankel directed; the film was distributed by 20th Century Fox. Music by Theodore Shapiro.

Postage costs quoted in 'PAYMENT DETAILS' section are First Class UK ONLY. Details of all postage costs for both UK and non-UK locations are listed below and will be applied depending on where the postal destination of the winning buyer/bidder is located - if you are not resident in the UK please wait for an emailed invoice from me via eBay unless you are happy to add the relevant postage costs yourself when sending PayPal payment.
