All of our products have been selected for their quality and value and should reach you in perfect condition. Should you be in any way dissatisfied with our products please let us know as soon as possible so that we can resolve the issue for you. If a product is damaged or faulty we will refund the full cost or replace the item free of charge and we will collect the faulty items at our expense if appropriate.

If you are unhappy with the delivered product you may return it for any reason, we will refund the cost of the returned goods, less the original delivery charge, provided the returned goods are unused, in a saleable condition and in their original undamaged packaging with all labels still attached. The customer is responsible for the return postage cost unless an item is faulty or damaged. You must notify us within 7 days from the date of delivery if you wish to return any item except in the case where a product proves to be faulty. If you wish to exchange a product please include a cheque for £3 to cover postage for the new item.

Please return products to Target Safety, 226 Torquay Road, Paignton, Devon, TQ3 2HN with a covering note stating your name, address, reason for return and if an exchange is required.

Refund payments will be credited to the card or method used for the original transaction. Refunds can take up to 30 days to appear on your statement.
