Costumes are always sent out first class unless otherwise requested and proof of postage is always obtained. In the event of a package being lost, it is the buyers position to claim compensation

I take full repsonsibily for the loss and will put in the claim direct with royal mail. I will give full refunds if any item was misrepresented by me. For items returned under DSR regulations I will refund in full if contacted within 7 days but require the buyer to return the items at their expense by trackable post. |
