Returns are accepted within 7 working days of receipt.You must contact us prior to returning your order. Parts supplied correctly are subject to a 10% restocking fee less postage.Faulty goods can only be returned and exchanged for  ‘like for like’ parts by pre-arrangement only. All returned goods must include the original packing slip and must be returned in the condition supplied (including the original packaging). We would also appreciate that a note should also be included stating the reason of return.We recommend that you return your item using a signed for  or insured service.Unfortunately, we are unable offer a refund for returned postal costs; unless in the case of faulty or incorrectly supplied parts where we will refund 100% of postal costs.
