1998 Escort Estate (blue) being sold as spares are repairs (shouldn't take much to put back on the road. has Towing bracket and working electrics (used to tow a small trailer with last owner)
Damage to rear bumper (small puncture and

Dents in the tops of both front wings.
No MOT or Tax sold as seen. Start price is

It runs well and has had timing belt/pulley
and tensioner replaced within the last 8,000 miles
Flat battery as it has not been run for
6months it was left and MOT has now expired (sept 09).
ABS light intermittent fault though brakes
work fine.
Stereo wiring is faulty and blows fuses
(seems to happen if you go over a speed bump a little too quickly)
This is being sold for a friend who is too
busy to sell it himself. I have known him for 10years and this car for the time
he has owned it. It is becoming tired and he got a new job so got a new car
this was left for approx 6months. I will have a good look over it soon and add
any more information likely to fail the MOT or worth mentioning. Just so we are
clear I am not an MOT tester so there could be further faults with it but I do
know a bit about cars/MOT’s.
