You are looking at a genuine brand new Ford Escort 1600 X flow Mexico / GT camshaft. This is NOT an after market cam but a genuine Ford Motor Company part.  To assist in the identification it has red and yellow paint markings (Mexico) and the following numbers and letters 711F 6250, MC 25005 and 2 F 2.  This is still in its greased paper as supplied by Ford.  This has been in dry storage since the 1970's and is absolutely brand new and totally unused and unfitted.  So if you are restoring a Mark 1 Mexico and want the CORRECT camshaft this is it!!  There is no reserve so it will sell to the highest bidder.
