Pricing: Postage prices are accurately set according to handling, packaging , weight and transportation to postal depots. When leaving your criteria score for postage & packing charges, please take into account the packaging materials etc; not just the price on the stamp.

Dispatch Time: Dispatch usually takes place the next working day of a payment being made. Sometimes we do experience unforeseen delays when stock is low but please do not assume we purposely list items we do not have; many of our items are on an automatic re-listing facility provided by eBay which saves us manual work time but can sometimes conflict with stock numbers so if we suspect a delay due to low stock, we will notify you immediately.

Packaging: All items are protected for transit and are dispatched in appropriate packaging which is as cost effective for our customers as it can be. In the unlikely event your items become damaged during transit, we will ask you to return the damaged items and replace your order as speedily as we can.

Delivery Times: Unless otherwise stated, we mostly use a recorded delivery which requires a signature. Please note that although delivery time is estimated by eBay, it is not always possible to follow those guidelines and although usually efficient, our postal service can be the reason for deliveries being late. One of the most common delays is caused when an item fails to be delivered because no one is home to sign for it and the postal worker has not left a failed delivery card for some reason. We can usually track the item back to the depot where it has been returned for collection so please ask for assistance if you suspect your item is taking a long time to get through the postal system.

Unsuitability: We try to provide as much accurate specification information as possible and as provided for us by our supplier, however, it is almost impossible to be right 100% of the time so we do have a returns policy which offers replacement or, where an item can not be replaced, a refund. If a customer orders an incorrect item for their vehicle, was ask you not to worry as we are more than happy to replace but we do ask you cover the cost of returning the goods to us. An inexpensive first class standard post should be sufficient to return items to us quickly, although we will return exchanged items via recorded delivery for you (subject to initial postage used). We apologise for any inconvenience but this is due to the new higher postal charges which have proved too expensive to integrate additionally into our already low profit margins. We hope you are compensated by excellent value for money on initial purchases and our excellent after sales customer care.

Breakages: Although all items are protected for transit and are dispatched in appropriate packaging which is as cost effective for our customers as it can be, it is sometimes the case items are broken in transit. In the unlikely event your items become damaged during transit, we will replace your order as speedily as we can. We may need you to return the goods to us to enable us to make a claim for the item. If so, we will refund your return postage to the value of a standard 1st class service (If you wish to return he item via special or recorded delivery service, we ask you cover the cost over the standard charge).

Wrong Item Sent: It is highly unlikely we send out the wrong item as we have a very efficient system in place but it can happen under certain circumstances such as extremely busy times or when training a new team member. If you do receive the wrong item, please tell us at once and we will arrange the correct item to be sent immediately. We ask you return the incorrect item to us and will reimburse the cost of return postage upon receipt of the returned item.

We accept Paypal, postal orders and cheques only. We do not currently offer debit card payments but will be hoping to in the near future. We do NOT accept bank transfers or IBAN.

When an item has been paid for using an E-Cheque (click this link for an explanation) , the item will not be sent until the E-cheque has cleared.

Local buyers are welcome to call and collect and make payment upon collection if they wish. However, we will not accept cheques under this method without a valid CGN.

If a customer unintentionally makes a duplicate payment via Paypal, please tell us and we will refund the duplicate payment at once.If an item is not paid for within one week, we will open an unpaid item dispute unless a previous arrangement has been made with us or the buyer has a reasonable explanation as to why payment has not been made.
