Lost Items: Whilst every effort is made to ensure your item arrive in a timely and un-damaged manner by using reputable carriers things can go wrong and due to a number of unscrupulous ebay buyers any claim for loss or damage in transit will be subject to our claims procedure and thoroughly investigated.
