All of our items ship via UPS Ground. There are exceptions so please read individual item descriptions.

Shipping Discount: When you purchase first item (with shipping charge), receive credit on shipping fees on all additional items of equal or lesser value. MUST BE PURCHASED IN ONE TRANSACTION FOR DISCOUNT. EXAMPLE: You purchase three items from our store AND wait to pay for them at the same time. We will then send you an invoice reflecting the shipping charge for the first item and a shipping credit for the remaining two items. You pay the total due after discounts by available options listed below

Return Policies
If you have a problem, contact us first. We will work diligently to resolve any issues other than those outlined as not covered. If we cannot resolve your problem via email we will set up a return. Please allow us time to respond. Please be friendly in your communication. You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before returning any item. You must request this RMA within 3 days from receipt of merchandise. Any item returned without a RMA number clearly printed on the outside of the box will not be processed, regardless of the status of the item. RMA returns must be sent back to us within 5 business days of when the RMA was issued. Products returned after this date will not be processed, regardless of the status of the item. CONDITIONS: Non-defective merchandise returns will incur a 20% restocking fee, and must also be returned within 5 business days of when the RMA was issued. Product boxes and/or items that have been written on or otherwise marked will not be considered for credit or replacement. Warranted items must be returned in original packaging. Non-defective merchandise must meet the following conditions to qualify for return acceptance.
Merchandise must be in its original minimum inner pack quantity, as shipped by The Lawrence Trade Co, LLC. Broken quantity inner packs are not returnable.
Sample items are not returnable.
Merchandise, merchandise packaging, and inner pack must bear no markings or be otherwise defaced or damaged.
ITEMS WITH GUARANTEES OR WARRANTIES: If a purchased item includes a product guarantee or warranty, follow the instructions on the guarantee or warranty for repair or replacement. ITEMS DAMAGED DURING SHIPMENT: All merchandise damaged during shipment is covered by The Lawrence Trade Co, LLC or its partners. If you receive merchandise damaged during shipping, please contact us within 3 days of the receipt of your order, and your claim will be processed immediately. NOTE: Established procedures by UPS, U.S. Parcel Post, and trucking lines, must be complied with or they may deny your claim. Items that are not in compliance with the above listed policies will be held for 30 days. During this time, the buyer will have the option of paying to have the item returned. After 30 days, the item will be presumed to be abandoned and will be disposed of. All returns must include your name, item number and return address. All returns are at the buyer’s expense.
Feedback Forum
WE DO OUR BEST TO PROVIDE YOU WITH 5 STAR SERVICE AND GREATLY APPRECIATE YOUR 5 STAR FEEDBACK. My philosophy when I began selling on EBay was to treat you, my customer, as I would want to be treated. This hasn't (and won't) change! But, along with other sellers, I am disturbed about what is being told buyers the DSR's (Detailed Seller Ratings) mean... and how they are actually used in the world of EBay.
Did you know... A seller's costs to sell are now connected to STAR ratings? A seller's search placement is now connected to STAR ratings?
Note that as you leave star ratings during the Feedback process that it will instruct you that a 4 star rating is good... this is NOT true! A seller is actually penalized by EBay for receiving 4 stars!
The actual fact is that when a seller's stars drop below a 4.6 they are subject to a penalty... up to 15% more in seller fees! AND sellers receive much less exposure in the new Best Match search! AND if sellers star rating drop below a 4.3 average they are actually no longer allowed to sell on EBay! It is obvious that the only "good" rating is actually 5 Stars!
So we ask that you take a moment and consider the following before leaving feedback.

We strive to ship within 1-2 business days (orders placed after 4pm pst on Friday thru 9am Monday morning will be processed on Monday). That is the only part in shipping time we can control. Time in transit is dependent upon the carrier and should not be attributed to the seller.
Shipping cost are set by package weight and dimensions and are set by UPS or the USPS. For Continental USA, we have negotiated with UPS Ground for a set amount and as we do more business, the price will be reduced.
We describe the item the best we can. Most items we sell are brand new and we list all or part of the manufacturer's description. Occasionally we may sell used items and will describe the condition of the item as well as the item.
We communicate in several different ways. First, thru the description of the item. Secondly, when we process and ship your item, you receive an automated email with the invoice number at processing then the tracking number when the item is shipped. Thirdly, when we answer any questions or emails from you, as quickly as possible. Finally, thru positive feedback we post for you after you leave your feedback.
We strive to provide you with 5 Star service. After all, we do want you as a returning customer!
