Cartridge Colour Changes
If this listing is for a mixture of black and colour cartridges, you are welcome to choose a different combination
of cartridges different from the standard set listed above. You can choose any combination you wish, including
all colour and all black cartridges. There is no extra charge for this service!
If you wish to make changes, there is no need to ask us in advance. You
just need to tell us clearly (only if you do not want a standard combination) which cartridges you
require in the Special Instructions box in the Shipping Information section to the right of
the shipping address during the Channel Advisor Secure Checkout procedure.
The best way to tell us what you need is just to list all the cartridges
you require. For example: "Please send 3 black and 1 multi-colour", or "Please send 2 cyan,
2 yellow" or "Please send 4 black". This information goes straight onto the order form and
is seen immediately seen by the person packing the order.
If you pay via PayPal, please DO NOT provide any special instructions
to us via their payment system as we may not see them until after your order is despatched.
Payment Methods We are happy to accept
any of the payment methods listed below. There are no extra charges, whichever method you choose.
Same Day Despatch
Orders received by 4pm Monday to Friday should be despatched
on the same day. Within the UK (including BFPO addresses), Second Class post is included free of charge and you can upgrade to First Class or Special Delivery Next Day by 1pm Monday to Friday for an additional charge and similarly for Airmail post to Europe. All items are professionally packed in a strong envelope or
cardboard box (where appropriate) and we will
keep you informed by email about the progress of your order. We no longer offer First Class Recorded Delivery as honestly this is a waste of your money and only acts of proof to the Seller that an item has been received - apart from when your Postman requires you to sign for it, the item is handled in EXACTLY the same way as the normal First Class post and so it is just as likely to get lost or delayed.
Insurance
Postal insurance for loss or damage during shipping is included in all of our prices.
You pay only the prices shown below. There are no additional costs, and no need to worry
that your purchases will be lost or damaged in the post.

Normally there should be no need to ask us about postage and

updated to show how much the various options cost.

Customer Collection
Customers who wish to collect their purchases directly from us to save time or avoid
shipping costs are welcome to do so. We are based in Twyford, 5 miles east of Reading,
RG10 9QT. Please be sure to arrange this with us first!
Package Size
Please note that some items are quite bulky, and when packed they can be too big
for an average letter box. In the UK, if the postal service is unable to deliver they
should leave a card to let you know you can collect the package from the local sorting
office (not the local Post Office).
Delivery Address
To avoid the above possibility, please consider giving us a delivery address belonging
to a business, or to someone you know who is is normally at home during the day. You
can easily do this during the secure process.
Delivery Problems
If you do not receive the items you have ordered, please let us know as soon as possible. We will
send replacements at no cost to you and claim the loss from our insurers.
