Golfshoesdirect is an online extension of our on course golf shop at Willingdon Golf Club. We are an established professional golf shop with over 10 years experience and sell a wide range of golf equipment, clothing and accessories. Our golf shop has 2 PGA Approved Professional Staff available for any technical advice needed, we also have a full time Retail Manager who makes sure we manage to source the best deals from the manufacturers and pass them onto you the customer. 
We are open 7 days a week from 8am to 5.30pm, so if you require any advice or information we can give it to you straight away.  
Golfshoesdirect prides itself on customer service and all orders are packaged and posted either on the same day or at worst the next day, we send all our items by Royal Mail Recorded delivery. This ensures all our items are delivered as fast as possible and can be tracked.
We aim to ensure all our customers are fully satisfied by offering quick delivery, fair prices and high quality goods direct from the manufacturers.
Our main goal has always been to keep our customers happy.  We have  100% Positive feedback, so if you were worried about shopping online don’t be,  Ebay is the safest place to shop, where else can you get so much feedback on how a customers purchase has gone????????

Please pay using your Paypal account, by personal cheque, postal order, or call us on 01323 410984 to pay over the phone (Debit Cards Only) 
Please pay as promptly as possible, if you are having problems making your payment do not hesitate to contact us on above telephone number or by email.

Shipping
All items are posted latest next working day after payment on a 1st class royal mail service. We expect items to be delivered to UK addresses within 2-5 working days.
Items to European addresses 5-8 working days. Rest of the world including the USA 7 - 12 working days. 
As items are sent recorded delivery, someone is required to be in at the address given, 
if you have been waiting for you item longer than suggested postage times then just check that a red (collect from your local depot card) has not been left by your postman. 
Even if no card has been seen to have been left, we recommend you call your local depot as occasionally red cards are not left/seen or whatever. 
If still nothing please call us on 01323 410984 or email us through ebay if your item has not arrived within these guidelines and we will 
check your postal receipt get the tracking number for your parcel and trace its location.

-Are your items genuine? = All our items are sourced direct from the manufacturers.
-If I buy it when will it be posted? = Items are often shipped the same day, but always by the end         of the next working day.
-Can I get my item/s any faster if I need to? = Yes, we offer NEXT DAY service on almost all items. Either choose the ''get it fast'' option in the listing or call us if you are having problems doing it online.

Every attempt will be made to answer your message/telephone enquiries as accurately and promptly as possible, this may sometimes include evenings.

Please return to the following address: Willingdon pro shop, southdown road, eastbourne, east sussex, bn20 9aa. Please also send with your item/s a 
covering note with your ebay user id, the item number, your telephone number (for ease of contact if we do not receive your return etc)
If you would like a replacement item/change of size please note that you will need to cover the postage cost back to your address (unless item is faulty), please do this in 
way of either an enclosed cheque (payable to willingdon pro shop ltd) or payment to us via paypal. If you wish instead to get a refund on your item please
