Order & Delivery Terms

Please include your daytime contact telephone number with your order confirmation. We require this for our carriers. We aim to despatch your order within 3 working days of your cleared payment.  We will email you (EBay email) once we have received confirmation that your payment has cleared.

The external packaging of your order must be inspected for any damage that may have occurred in transit. If the external packaging has been damaged in transit you must contact us at sew@penbriceinteriors.co.uk  immediately leaving a message including your name, address and an item description. Please reject the item and ask the carrier to return it to the depot. We will then arrange for another item to be despatched.

In the unlikely event of the product being damaged inside the undamaged transit packaging please contact us at sew@penbriceinteriors.co.uk within 48 hours from receipt of your order to prevent voiding the transit insurance.

If you are not in to accept your delivery, our carrier will leave a card and it is your responsibility to call the depot to rearrange a delivery date or alternatively you can arrange collection from the Hub. Proof of ID and address will be required. Your item will be held for 5 days. If you do not contact our carrier within the 5 days to rearrange the delivery your order will be returned to us. You will be charged a standard carriage return fee of £15.00. If you then require the item to be redelivered there will be a new delivery charge payable before the item can be rebooked. If you do not want to arrange a redelivery we will refund you the cost of the item less the return fee and initial delivery charge.

Returns Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with our products you can return them within 30 days of your purchase (payment date) providing the packaging and products remain in a saleable condition.

Where you are returning a product please email us at sew@penbriceinteriors.co.uk with details of your purchase and your full contact details. We will then issue you with a returns number and other address labelling advice. Any returns without an allocated returns number will not be accepted.

To return a product you will need to arrange your own carrier and you are liable for the return carriage costs. When returning your product, please make sure it is well wrapped and protected, as we will not accept damaged products. We recommend all returned items should be insured. If the packaging or product is not in a resalable condition when delivered to us we will inform you immediately so you can claim from your carrier.

Your refund will be for the product cost only and will not include any carriage costs paid to us.

Delivery Charges

The following delivery charges will apply to all single purchases. Additional items purchased at the same time for the same delivery date will not be charged.
