Using the Heat packs could'nt be simpler: the products has liquid (soft, jelly-like & translucent) and crystallised (firm& opaque) liquid state is the 'Ready for Use' state, and can be activated anywhere. Click or flex the little metal disc inside the pouch. This will cause crystallisation of the surrounding molecules and the crystals will spread causing the heating effect. You can keep the pouch flexible by manipulating it, or leave it to firm up. It is easier to position the pouch whilst it is still soft.

To Reset to use again....Just place in a pan of boiling water, and boil for 5-15 minutes (depending on which heat pack is being used) until all the crystal have gone. Leave to cool and its ready for use again.

The pouches can also be used as 'COLD PADS' or COMPRESSES: Keep one in the fridge (not the freezer), and use it cold on sprains etc.

The gel inside the pouch is made from Sodium Acetate, a food grade salt solution, and IS PERFECTLY SAFE - the heat comes from the crystallisation.
