Refund Policy:

All of our descriptions are written by ourselves, and our pictures are our own. Please read all aspects of the description before placing a bid. A full refund is provided in the case of faulty goods. All faulty goods must be reported to me within 3 days and returned recorded delivery within 5 working days and in the condition described in the auction. A refund will then be sent to you once once you have completed a Mutual cancellation of the auction. Failure to comply will result in the return of the item.

Items damaged in the Post :

We will not be held responsible for items damaged or lost in the post. In an effort to avoid damage the items are packed as safely as possible. All items are sent with some method of tracking and insurance. In the event of a parcel going missing or an item being damaged we will work with the purchaser to the best of our ability to ensure recompense for the lost or damaged item. Please be aware that it is now Royal Mail and Parcel Force Policy to only refund for the item in the case of items that are delivered but damaged. They hold that the item has been delivered, so will only accept liability for the item itself. This is beyond my control.
