Once you have completed payment through eBay or arranged to pay via credit or debit card we can book in the delivery of your item:

For all items under 30 kg we will endeavour to deliver to the UK mainland within 3 working days (excluding weekends & public holidays) of payment and completion of your order; however, delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. Freetime shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver within estimated timescales beyond our control. If no one is available to receive delivery then an “attempted delivery notice” will be left by our courier. Please contact them as soon as possible to re-arrange delivery. If they do not hear anything within their allocated “holding” period then the item will be returned to us. Any redelivery charges will be the responsibility of the customer. Freetime Leisure will only used fully insured professional courier companies to deliver your products.

For most items over 30 kg, we will contact you to arrange a specific date for delivery. This helps us ensure that there are very few occasions when extra delivery charges will have to be incurred. Unfortunately if the allocated date is missed by the customer then a redelivery fee will apply. Delivery is between 9am and 5pm and a signature is required. WE REQUIRE AT LEAST ONE PHONE NUMBER AND IDEALLY TWO NUMBERS TO BE ABLE TO DO THIS. PLEASE EMAIL US AS SOON AS POSSIBLE WITH CONTACT NUMBERS. Once these are received we will contact you to arrange for a date for delivery.

Our large item courier is a one man delivery unit equipped with heavy lifting gear such as trolley’s and carts. They will deliver to you doorstep on their own and will be willing to assist you moving your item inside.
