The I'm A Celebrity star has teamed up with GMTV's Nicki Waterman to design this fun, highly effective fitness programme.

Suitable for all levels of fitness, the programme is divided into five easy to follow sections. It kicks off with a Warm-Up using lots of the techniques which helped John to focus and get through six "bush tucker" trials relatively unscathed in I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here. This is followed by The Stretch, designed to transform your body shape, and help de-stress and ease aches and pains. The workout continues with a Resistance routine, great for toning and defining muscles and burning calories, followed by an Agility section to improve mental and physical agility, posture and awareness. A Chill-Out section completes the routine, combining a warm-down and mediation.
