We aim to dispatch goods on the day of payment up to 11 a.m Monday to Friday. If payment is received after 11 a.m the item will be dispatched the following day. 

Payments made Friday after 11 a.m and over the weekend will be dispatched the following Monday. 

We use Global Freight Solutions on a 24hr as standard delivery.

We only deliver to UK post codes 

If delivery is sent via GFS, please note you will recieve an automated email with your tracking number, once your item has been despatched you will recieve an email stated the data od despatch.  Any further enquiries must be made through the eBay messaging system to avoid confusion. 

If your item is over 30 kg the delivery will be made by our two man delivery service, who will install the item to any room on the ground floor of your house.  If you have any further querries with regard to the delivery please contact us via the eBay messaging center. 

If payment is made any other way the customer will have to contact us for the tracking number. This can be done via Phone or email. 

All emails should be sent Via the Ebay site.

Collection 

All collections are subject to the amount stated in the listing under "Collection In Person". If collection is required make sure it has been selected once the item has been won. 

Collections can be made throughout the week, however we would ask you to arrange a convenient time via email so your item will be picked, packed and ready for despatch, which will mean you will not be kept waiting.  We are closed over the weekend.  Once again please direct any querries throug the eBay Messages system.

We are also closed all Bank holidays If you have won multiple items and wish to collect all at once please let us know prior to collecting. 

 Please remember that of selected a collection fee is charged by the warehouse.  This fee is clearly identified in the postage within eBay.

All the items we sell, unless otherwise stated, are sold on the understanding that they have been ex showroom, reconditioned, display model, an unwanted gift or similar. 
In most cases these items will have been back to the manufacturer where they have been fully re-tested and packaged with all accessories.
These items are in full working order, however to avoid misrepresenting this product in any way it is best to be prepared to accept cosmetic blemishes. Some items sold are new, these will be clearly marked as new on the listing itself.
In most cases these new products are end of line, excess stock or similar

Please note that for the first 7 days WizardPrice will arrange a pickup of any faulty items free of charge, after this period it will be the responsibility of the customer to return goods to WizardPrice in the original or adequate packaging.  Your faulty item will then be tested, repaired or replaced and returned to you as fast as possible to avoid any further inconvenience.

Exchange Returns

Due to the fact that these products are not sold as new they do not carry a manufacturers warranty.

Every item we sell we cover with our own 30 day warranty. If you find any fault within this 30 day period it must be reported immediately and returned to us in its original packaging. 

Customers should enclose their details and a brief outline of the fault. Once received an exchange or refund will be given depending on what has been requested.

In most cases our new items will carry the same warranty, this is due to the fact that they are often end of line or excess stock and are sold to us under a no returns
basis.

If however there is any manufacturers warranty on any of our items it will be clearly stated in the listing. It is advised that items being returned to us are sent via recorded delivery.

If an item is lost in the post with no proof of postage we will no accept responsibility.

Please note if your item is faulty within the first seven days of delivery and the fault cannot be resolved via email, we will arrange for a collection to be made at your current address.

It is very important that your item is sent back with your eBay ID, Transaction Number and a brief description of the fault issue.  Items cannot be accepted back into the warehouse unless packaged in the original packaging so please ensure you keep any packaging for the warranty period safe.
