Description

The Flymo SabreCut™ System is a versatile 'cordless' power pack system to make even the most difficult jobs in the garden easier. The Sabre Cut is the most powerful 'Easy Reach' battery powered extending hedge trimmer from Flymo.

The hedge trimmer extends from 1.45cm (57”) to 1.7m (67”) total unit length, to give you flexibility when cutting your hedge. The hedge trimmer is dual-reciprocating, and has a long blade length of 45cm (18”). The SabreCut™ unit can be set at 7 different positions from 0 to 90º, enabling you to cut your hedges with ease and without ladders.

The cordless system incorporates a 24v Flymo battery pack, which the user wears around their upper body. This is a revolutionary system, because it means that you can have the power of 24v (as opposed to the usual 12/18 volt systems) without having the weight of the battery (or fuel tank on petrol units) attached to the unit itself, which can become tiring on the arms when holding a hedge trimmer outstretched for long periods of time.

The hedge trimmer is only 2.5kg in weight, with the 3kg battery strapping around your upper body.
