Please remember vintage items will nearly always show wear.

When the term Silver or Gold is used, this refers only to the colour of the metal, not the metal itself (unless noted otherwise). Most of the pieces were cast in Pewter or stamped from copper or brass.

Any stone names such as Emerald would also only refer to the colour of the stone, not the stone itself. If the stone was crystal, then it would be Austrian Crystal. Other stones would be plastic or mainly glass imitations.

Returns:

I do have a returns policy and will accept returns on any items where I have missed a fault, or the article has been wrongly described. I don't offer returns because you changed your mind

Postage and Packing:

I try to post items as soon as possible after cleared payment. I wrap parcels carefully. Postage does not always mean the parcel costs that amount to post, it takes into account packaging, time, etc . I am currently looking into ways to make this cheaper. But I can promise you a beautifully packed and well protected item. Please be aware that I really am NOT to blame for actual delivery time that is completely out of my hands, and in the COMPETENT hands of postal services.

Communication:

Is the most important part of an Ebay transaction. It gives confidence, answers questions and allows a seller to put things right. I answer all questions provided I can get to them in time. I will send you an invoice and following that a dispatch note.

Dispatch Time:

I aim to dispatch the next day, but at the very least it will be within 3 days of payment. Please look out for your Dispatch Note
