All you need to to do is loosen the bolt on your passenger seat and fasten the bracket. It will sit at a perfect angle for viewing and changing the stations. I can't imagine not having this in the car! I have used this in 2 cars (Mercedes ML320 and Nissan Pathfinder). Installation took 5 minutes with no drilling! Takes 5 minutes to install.
