Product - Fleur de Sel from the Algarve, Portugal - 500 gram bulk bag of high quality natural salt

Product Information - Produced by a small, traditional salt business in the Algarve, Portugal, Steenbergs Fleur de Sel or “flower of salt” is hand-harvested daily from the surface of the salt-pan like cream from milk. The Fleur de Sel has a wonderful bouquet from the naturally occurring trace elements that naturally highlights food flavours and crumbles easily between the fingers. Perfect for sautéed potatoes or crush with Tellicherry peppercorns or fragrant fresh herbs and use for seasoning any meat. This wonderful salt producer is part of the Slow Food Movement. This salt is approved for use in organic food production by the Organic Food Federation (organic certification UK4).

Packaging - Sealed in a poly bag to retain freshness which is contained in a Kraft paper bag - Should be transferred to a suitable container on delivery

ROYAL MAIL ALTERNATIVE COURIER - In the UK I can now offer an alternative courier to the Royal Mail. Prices start from £4.50 for up to 2kg in weight so its perfect if you want to combine a few items together. I havent managed to add the option to all listings yet but just email me for a quote.
