Payment

Paypal is the only payment method we accept. All major credit cards or debit cards can be used via Paypal. Payment is required at the time of purchase.

Delivery

All orders will be dispatched only after payment is clear.

For security reason, we will only dispatch the item to the address as confirmed on Paypal/Ebay account. Therefore, please ensure your address on Paypal/Ebay is correct prior bidding. 

From payment received date, majority of the orders will be dispatched on the same day (Monday-Friday) and all orders will be dispatched within 48 hours.

Proofs of postings are retained from Royal Mail to substantiate any claim made against non delivery.

For extra reassurance, recorded delivery is available at a cost at 70p. This is the standard charge offered by Royal Mail and we do not make a profit from this service.

If you choose not to use the recorded delivery services, we will assist you in claiming compensation from Royal Mail in the event of non delivery but we will not replace any item lost in posting.

It is Royal Mail requirement that sender has to wait for 14 business days before submitting non-delivery complaint. Therefore, we will not be able to assist you until 14 business days after the item is sent.

If You Change Your Mind

If you change your mind or simply unhappy with your purchase, you can return the item to us within 7 days of receipt.

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging complete with the original receipt. Our return address is printed on the receipt. Once we receive the item, we will arrange a refund of the item cost for you. Please note, postage & packaging cost will not be refunded and return postage is buyer’s responsibility.

Faulty Items on Arrival

If you believe your items are faulty on arrival, you need to inform us within 7 days of receipt.

Items must be returned in their original packaging complete with the original receipt. Proof of posting is required to prove that you have returned the item to us.

Once we have verified the fault, we'll issue a replacement or full refund to you and reimburse your reasonable return carriage costs (Royal Mail 2^nd class normal delivery).

Please note, if a returned item is found not to be faulty, we will refund to you the item cost only (excluding postage & packaging cost paid) and you will be liable for the return carriage paid. No replacement and no postages will be refunded.
