Postage and Packaging
All of our items are checked before despatch and are carefully hand-packed by our in-house logistics department. We always do our very best to ship your purchase to you as soon as we have received your cleared payment – and this includes weekends too!
We offer standard and registered 14 to 21 day airmail shipping (with optional insurance) as well as a competitively priced FedEx 3 day tracked courier service – perfect for last minute gifts and must-have purchases.
FedEx Coverage
We reserve the right to use an alternative express courier service in the event that FedEx does not offer coverage in your area.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
You should expect to pay any amount charged by the government in your respective country. This includes, and is not limited to, duties, taxes and any extra fees charged by the courier company.
Insurance
Parcels are automatically insured but we ask that, in line with standard courier practise, you check the contents of the parcel before signing for your goods. If you do not then we cannot be held liable for any damage that may have occurred in transit to the product.

We are happy to replace faulty goods although the buyer agrees to bear the cost of the return shipping, however, upon verification of any fault we will reimburse you with your postage costs. Our normal policy is to replace the item, although we will offer refunds in exceptional cases.
All returns must be authorised. In the unlikely event that you need to return an item to us, we will send you an authorisation code, which must be clearly stated on your parcel. Please note that we cannot accept any returns that have not been issued with this number.

Insurance
All items are safely packaged. We do not accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit, therefore we recommend you take our low-cost insurance option. For express delivered products, no responsibility is taken for items damaged during transit if the package is signed for without the contents being checked, therefore please inspect your item when you receive it.
Faulty product or missing parts
If goods arrive defective upon receipt, you have up to 7 days from date of receipt to request exchange for a new one. Item must be returned in its original and unused condition and must also be in its original box and packing. In case of missing parts, please notify us the same day the product has been received.
Return policy
You agree to pay for the return shipping on exchanges and returns. We will reimburse this return shipping upon verification of any faults of the product. Product exchange is our normal policy, with refunds in exceptional cases. All returns must be authorised. Shipping policy
We are unable to ship to any P.O. or A.P.O. Box addresses. For high value products, we may require verification of address to be scanned and emailed to us before we can ship it out. This is done to protect the interests of both you, the customer, as well as us, the seller.
For the express service, we mainly ship via FedEx but occasionally, due to the volume of the product we may ship by an alternative courier service such as EMS.
