This new hot shoe adapter, which is for that Konica Minolta released to adapt
flashes
with Minolta-type hot shoe and cameras with standard ISO hot shoe (Minolta part
number FS-1200) had gone out of the market, since the closing down of its camera
division.
Buyer can use this adapter to connect Sony and Minolta flash
with Minolta-type hot shoe to standard ISO hot shoes of the camera.
However, it does work with Sony and Minolta flash units that come with standard
ISO hotshoes. Besides, the mating of camera and flash units from different
systems will disable
the TTL metering function.
