Items must be returned within 14 days of  receipt. 
We require notification by e mail through the e bay ’ask a seller a question’ facility that you intend to return the item  
They must be unused, unworn, and with all tags, tickets etc. still attached.  If  you have received a faulty item, or it is not the size you ordered, we will also refund your return  postage
The cost of returning items which do not fall into the above categories will be the buyers responsibility
ALL returns must be sent by RECORDED signed for delivery.
Returns must include a note of your e bay user id, original item number, your name & address & reason for the items return-without this we cannot speedily  process your return.
You will also be required, when requested, to cancel the original e bay transaction to allow us to reclaim the e bay fees associated with the returned item.
