At the close of auction the successful bidder will recieve an email listing ways to pay for the item. This is called checkout.

Items should be paid for within 7 days. If there has been no payment recieved after 3 days an email will be sent as a reminder with checkout option. If after 7 days there is stil no payment, it will be reported to Ebay and a non payment strike will be given to the buyer and the item wil be relisted for sale

We thouroughly check every item before we dispatch. Each item is carefully packaged and dispatched either by royal mail or weekday courier. We aim to dispatch the next day after cleared payment. You will recieve an email informing you when the item is sent and when to expect it.

To avoid any disappointment pleas allow up to 5 working days for delivery.

In the unlikely event the goods are recieved faulty or the wrong item was sent please notify us within 24 hours and return within 7 days a full refund or exchange is offered. The return of the goods is afforded by the customer unless there was a genuine fault with the item or there was a mistake on our part. The item should be unused, in its original state with labels etc

Please note, I thoroughly check my items for faults/flaws before listing and posting so please bid with complete confidence.  This is both to avoid any disappointment to my customers and also to ensure that there are no returns due to damage by the customer (this happens very rarely, but does occasionally occur).  
I accept returns if an item is faulty (only if that fault has not been mentioned in the listing) or on the very rare occasion that an item has been inaccurately described.  All returns must have tags intact and be free of stains / smells and sent back to me in the condition it was received in.  Any transactions not meeting these standards will not be accepted.  Anyone wishing to return an item must notify me within 48 hours of receipt, and must send the item back to me by either Royal Mail Recorded or Special Delivery within 5 days.
