Unlike cheaper multi-functional gyms our all-in-on exercise machines does not have any chest straps attached to you whilst exercising, instead there are professional built-in monitor sensor bars in the side handles which constantly monitor your heart rate.

Features an on-board easy-to-read computer allows you to monitor the program you are on, distance, time, stroke count, total stroke count, calories burnt, RPM and much more. See below for other features. Also includes multi-tension level control allowing you to set the perfect tension level depending on your exercise regime.

Integrated metal foot steps are allow you to perform Pilates and arm exercises professionally and safely by ensuring that your posture is maintained.

Durable yet comfortable, we've made sure that this seat can take the wear and tear of extreme exercise regimes, we use the same material as found on Gym seats to ensure that it does not wear out.

First thing you think about when buying any gym equipment is where are you going to put it ! Well, if you don't have a gym room, don't worry, this machine folds completely and can be hidden away in a cupboard / under the bed or in your garage.

EXAMPLE EXERCISES

For Pilates

	Before starting your Pilates exercise routine, place the handle bar on the hook in front of the seat as shown in the picture.



	Place one foot in the seat and the other foot on the foot plate. Slide the seat back and forth. Repeat this with the other foot. Before starting your Pilates exercise routine, place the handle bar on the hook in front of the seat as shown in the picture.



	Sit on the seat and place your feet in the footrests whilst holding the side handle bars. Pull the seat back and forth.


For Arm Exercises

	Make sure the foot plates are in position. Stand on the foot plates holding the handle bar and start pulling as shown in the picture.


For Back Exercises

	Lock the spring pin into your most comfortable position. Flip the backrest and sit backwards as show in the picture and start pulling.


For Cycling

	Lock the spring pin into the most comfortable position for yourself. Set the compute to bike mode and press the total reset button. Place your feet on the pedals and start cycling.


For Rowing

	Release the spring pin. Switch the computer to Rowing function and then press the total reset button. Place your feet on the footrest and start rowing.
