Item Description

This item is used when feeding your fish floating pellets. Enabling them to stay in one place and not vanish around the tank. A great item that floats and is attached to a short arm and a suction cup to keep the item in place. Measures 3" square.

Immediate Payment is required after the Winning Bid or Buy It Now. We ask kindly that if there is a delay in payment that you let us know immediately. Any payments not received with in 7 days will automatically open a non payment dispute. If the payment is still not received with in 14 days we shall re-list the item and an unpaid item strike will be issued. The non paying buyer will then be blocked from further purchases from our eBay store.

We also understand that some people have problems with their Paypal accounts occasionally and they wish to pay by another means. You are able to use the following payment methods:

Cheques ~ made payable to DP Fishways. Your item will not be dispatched until the cheque has cleared. Please allow up to 10 working days for your cheque to clear. We do not process cheques on a daily basis. The cheques facility is only available to UK and Ireland residents.
Postal Orders ~ please ask for the payable name to be included on the postal order.
Credit / Debit Cards ~ Due to being a business we have the facility to accept debit and credit cards. These are processed over the phone via the telephone number provided in the "About Us" section below. All card payments are processed via our Store's PDQ machine and a receipt will be sent with your order. The Credit / Debit Card facility is only available to UK and Ireland residents.
People who live in the EU and do not live in Ireland or the UK are required to pay for their goods via PAYPAL ONLY!

If you require any of the above payment methods then please let us know that you wish to pay this way. Failure to inform us may cause confusion regarding the transaction. Once again we do prefer Paypal as the payment method used.

Shipping Policy

Shipping is available to any member who is part of the European Union. (please allow for delays in arrivals if you live outside the UK)
Your item will be dispatched at the earliest possible time. This usually takes place on the same day of cleared funds (week days only) but it can take longer. Sometimes, if your order is placed at the weekend we are unable to do all orders on the Monday due to the high volume. Your item may be dispatched on the Tuesday instead. Orders placed over the weekend have priorty to those placed on a Monday. Please allow extra time for your item to be delivered if you are aware of any Bank Holidays, Season Holidays or Postal Strikes.
This listing has a holding time set as 2 days in our eBay listings as default. This allows us enough time to honour all orders.

Returns Policy

REFUNDS are only accepted if the item is damaged in transit. All claims must reach with in 1 hour of delivery and a picture of the damaged item must be sent to us via email.

REFUNDS will be based on the single item price that is damaged and not an entire order if only one item is damaged. We also refund on the postage but this is set as per item and calculated by number of items per parcel divided by the postage. We will only refund all the postage if the entire order is damaged in transit.

Our Postage Rates

Postage rates are a growing issue in regards to eBay sellers. All our postage rates are exactly what you would expect to pay when your item(s) are sent via Royal Mail. We WILL NOT make any money on the postage stated in our listings. Your parcels label will have the postage rate printed on it which is supplied by Paypal.

At times an over payment on postage does happen on combined items, if this is the case we SHALL refund the amount of postage to your Paypal account with in 48 hours of dispatch. We need this extra time to sort this issue out due to a high level of daily orders on eBay. Our dispatch times MUST come before any refund on excess postage that has been paid. We hope you understand our reasons for this.
