This Fish Pond Paint has exceptional water resistance and is an ideal product for sealing and waterproofing all types of concrete ponds.

This a simple brush or roller applied product and two coats provides a durable, attractive & water proof  finish to all concrete ponds.

How to achieve the best results for your pond when stocking with fish:

Stocking your pond with plants, fish and natural pond life will give you years of pleasure and enjoyment.

Therefore it is a good investment of a small amount of your time to ensure success by following these recommendations.

1.      Ensure the surface is clean and dry.

2.      Apply the 1^st coat of Fish Pond Paint with a good quality brush or roller and leave to dry over-night.

3.      Apply the 2^nd  coat of Fish Pond Paint with a good quality brush or roller and leave to dry over-night.

4.      Wash the pond with clean water using a mop or hose pipe.

5.      Mop off the water and leave to dry over-night.

6.      Repeat steps 4 & 5.

7.      Fill the pond with clean water and leave it to reach ambient temperature.

8.      To ensure the pond is safe for specimen fish release a sacrificial fish into the pond such as a goldfish.

9.       If the goldfish is in good health the next day the pond is safe for specimen fish, aquatic plants and natural pond life.

10.  In the unlikely event that the goldfish dies repeat steps 4 to 9.

Size & coverage: 2.5 litres, which will cover 200 sq./ft with one coat and 100 sq./ft with two coats.
