Q.	Why are your products different to others on eBay?
A.	All our products have been developed with you in mind, our PowerPoint Presentations can be changed to include other details or requirements (you will need PowerPoint to do this). For clients who do not have Office, we provide you with complimentary Microsoft Viewer software for Word 2007 and PowerPoint 2007. We also provide the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader so you can view any other material on the CD-Rom also.

A.	We are a small specialist compnay offering professional training courses for individuals, small business and companies. We have been involved with the design and training for the emergency services, in specialsit emergency planning, business continuity and CBRN training courses, and also offer specialist content for both CD, and online training and assessment.
Q.	When I buy from you, are there any limitations to where I can use it ?
A.	You are able to use these presentation on one desktop computer and on a further laptop should you need to present to employees. If you intend to use our products on a large multi-site or you intend to give to many trainers, we would aks that you contact us for multi-site pricing.
Q.	How is my CD packaged ?
A.	Our CD's and DVD's are printed in full colour and packaged in a plastic postage safe case to ensure they get to you with no damage.
Q.	What does this 3D player offer, and why is it unique in the UK market?.
A.	We are the first conmpany in the UK to offer this facility! It is a 3D animaton player which we give you free of charge with the files, which provides you with a high quality high resolution presentation (similair to the PowerPoint presentation) which cannot be changed - but will give you full animation and TV quality transitions from one slide to another - giving you the most professional presentation ever!
Q.	What are the requirements of my computer?
A.	We design our presentations to run on a screen resolution of 1024 x 768 which is the same resolution of most of the LCD projectors available. Whether you use your own laptop or use rented equipment, you should find that most PC's and projectors are now of this standard. For the 3D player, you will need the latest version of DirectX on your computer.
Q.	I really like your 3D animaed presentation, can you change title screens or include my company details instead?
A.	Yes, for a small charge we can change some of the details and provide you with a new animation file so you can personalise your own high quality presentation!
Q.	Do you offer a money back gaurentee ?
A.	Yes -we are confident that you will be delighted with your product. We would ask you to sign a disclaimer that you have not kept any copies, but we will happily refund your money (less postage) once the item is returned. We recommend that any returns are sent by recorded delivey, as we will not be able to offer a refund for any items not returned.
