These are high quality machined crash protection bobbins. They consist of ultra tough hdp 300 sliders mounted on spigot mounts turned from HE 30 aluminium which accuratly fit the machine mounts. The whole assembly is secured by an M12 x 1.25 high tensile allen bolt, which passes through a load spreading washer, minimalising the risk of bobbin failure. the assembly is designed to provide the maximum amount of available friction material without compromising assembly strength. These bobbins fit all 2005 CBR900 models. Note, These bobbins are designed for racing use, where machine protection is the primary function, for this reason they are mounted in the position that best suits this purpose, modification of the fairing middle panel is required to fit. n.b. Rear wheel spindle bobbins also available for this machine, please ask for details.
