WHAT LOVELY GEORGIAN DESSERT SPOONS!

These are very strong spoons,the stems are of much thicker gauge than normal old english spoons.

Here we have a quite exceptional MATCHED SET of 6 solid silver georgian spoons.

Hallmarks are deep and clear.

Each is assayed in London.

One is year letter G for 1762 and by maker IT.

The other 5 are 1828 and by WC.

All are delightful pieces!

This lovely set is of exceptional quality and each is a most delightful piece of table silver.

Weight of actual silver is a hefty 236 grams (7.59 troy ounces),each piece is made of very thick gauge silver throughout. 

Each spoon is a fraction over 6.5 inches in length. 

The condition is terrific,stems are very thick and strong and all bowls of perfect shape. 

Each is unengraved and always has been,definitely no erasures either.

The pattern is the ever popular old english.

A truly beautiful and most wonderful ANTIQUE SET.

The bottom marked spoon is worth a fair bit in its own right.
