We are happy to accept payment by most methods including paypal, debit/credit card over the telephone and postal orders.  We can accept cheques, however due to the type of bank we use it can take up to 10 working days for them to clear before goods are sent so we prefer payment by an alternative method where possible.  To make payment by card please call the number below with your card details and item number(s).

   DELIVERY

Standard delivery is by Royal Mail first class recorded delivery for UK addresses or there is a next working day courier upgrade available for UK mainland addresses (two day for some remote areas).  For non mainland UK addresses a surcharge of GBP ·15 is payable for a courier delivery. If this surcharge is not paid we reserve the right to send by an alternative method or refund and reinvoice at our discretion.  Please note the handling time at the bottom of the listing which will apply to all orders regardless of the shipping method chosen.

Most Goodridge orders are dispatched within 3 working days however some of the more specialist kits are assembled to order so please allow 2 weeks for delivery.  You will be sent a dispatch notice once your item has been sent.

International delivery is by airmail and may take 3-10 working days depending on it's final destination.  Courier upgrades are also available for most European destinations, please contact us for details of these services.  For non European destinations you may be liable for further import duties and taxes upon entry to the country for which we accept no responsibility.

Where possible we are happy to combine postage on multiple orders although some items have to be sent separately due to their size/shape.  Please contact us for a postage quote prior to purchasing, alternatively please wait for a combined invoice before making payment.
