This is a new aftermarket replacement part never fitted to a vehicle being sold to clear old stock.

Q Can I collect the part?
A Due to work constraints parts cannot be collected and only delivered by courier.

Q What condition is the part in?
A Parts classed as new have never been fitted to a vehicle. Due to the way replacement exhausts and catalysts are transported/stored small dints and scratches are common but will not affect the operation of the part.

Q What if I am unhappy about the part I have received?
A There is no warranty with this part. However if you are unhappy with the part for any reason you can return the part to me for a full credit on the auction price. The P&P is non refundable for any reason and the return carriage must be arranged and paid for by you.

Q How will my part be delivered?
A In England Scotland and Wales the part will normally be delivered by TNT who require a signature. Postal insurance is included. If you cannot be present leave special instructions on order details where to leave a part. Shipping cost to Northern Ireland is a little more at £26 and will be dispatched with City link. Delivery to Scottish Islands and any other remote part may cost more.

Q Can you deliver to another country?
A I can only deliver to the UK. You can arrange for shipping to another country if required from anywhere in the UK once my courier has delivered within the UK. Please do not arrange for a courier to pick the part up from me.

Q Is there any discount on P&P?
A There is no discount on p&p. It is a fixed price per part.
