If your battery has been disconnected, gone flat, or the car gone in for a service, then your code number will be required. Many Car Manufacturers and Main Dealerships Worldwide also use our services to obtain Radio Codes due to the very stringent security checks we have in place. Updated July 2008: A polite note to Trust & Safety - Entering into Communications with a customer via the ebay messaging services does not contravene any digital transfer or downloadable media policies, and therefore both the delivery and receipt of any Radio Code numbers via this communicative method can also be proven and verified. This will also prevent any claims of non-receipt of code numbers.
What to do next in order to obtain your Code Number First of all, check that your model number is shown on the list below. If your model number is not shown, then it is not covered by this decoding service and you may need to look in our ebay shop for the correct listing. If it is covered, then the information below will help to identify the numbers we need in order to provide your code number. What you then need to do, (in this order), is to purchase the item, pay for it using PayPal, and then contact us using the ASK SELLER A QUESTION link on the relavent ebay listing and then finally send over the information that is requested, in the format shown below. We will then enter these details into our Decoding station and we will then send your code number back to you. How fast your code comes back to you really depends on workload at the time, but generally within a few hours. Evenings and weekends may understandably take a little longer.
If you have a Blaupunkt All of the information can be found on the label on the side. The model number will be a name, the serial number is 14 digits long, and the Part Number will be 10 digits long. The Blaupunkt information submitted, should look similar to the numbers shown below in RED Make Model Serial Number Part Number Blaupunkt Fiat 169 CC BP123XX1234567 7 123 456 789
If you have a Philips The model number can be found on the label that is either on the top or on the side. We also need the 14 digit number that is ENGRAVED on the side of the chassis (often very feint) Do Not send any other Numbers. The Philips information submitted, should look similar to the numbers shown below in RED Make Model Engraved Number Philips 22DC349/64 PH349AB1234567
If you have a Visteon All of the information can be found on the label on the side. The Model number, Serial number and Part Number are all clearly marked - and we need all three. Please do not send other radio numbers from the labels, as it can confuse our automated system and may delay your return code number. If for any reason we are unable to supply your correct code number, then we will credit this payment against the cost of sending the radio to us for a full manual Decode, costs of which are readily available via our other store listings. This prevents people from claiming that our numbers don`t work! (But rarely happens). Chances are though, if you are reading this then you may have already wasted your money on a naff ebay disc, found that it doesn`t work (Surprise! Surprise!) and worse still have now used up all of your decoding attempts on your stereo. If you have got to this stage, and your radio is codelocked, don`t purchase this item.
