FIAT Brava 1.6 SX 1998 R Reg, 5 Door Hatch Back, Metallic Blue, Power Steering, Electric Windows & Sunroof. Good little car, drives very well & is economical enough to run. Being offered as spares or repair, due to the MOT running out (1/11/2009)& the clutch could do with some attention. Bought originally as a run around while my Landrover was off of the road & has performed very well. Always starts 1st time & everything works as it should. Good nippy little 1.6 16v engine and 5 Speed box. It seems to have been well looked after during it's life. All electric windows & sunroof are good, the interiors clean enough no rips or tears in the seats and everything works A little damage to drivers door card show in one of the pictures & some paint spill in the boot area. Body and paint are OK but has a couple of little dents, bit of damage to the rear bumper and someone's applied touch up paint not very well on some scratches. I've tried to show them in the pictures. I had an oil service & Pre-MOT inspection done and all that needed doing was 2 little patches welding on the sills & one of the brake pipes cleaning up where it's coating had come off and started to corrode. Both of those were done at the time so should go straight through the test, one tyre was getting low as well. It had a noisy thrust bearing as well when I bought it, but the clutch started to slip a bit last time I drove the car So either needs adjusting if possible or changing. My mechanic quoted me £110 including the parts. I was going to change it but have my other vehicle back now, so this cars no longer needed. Will clean up well & make a nice reliable little car with a couple of hours work. I really wasn't a fan of Fiats before I bought this, but would say this one has pleasantly surprised me & would buy another. But sadly it's taking up space on my driveway & must go, so make me an offer. The car is in between Shepton Mallet & Wincanton Somerset. Viewings are welcome & may be able to deliver a reasonable distance at cost. Vehicle is offered for sale elsewhere so may end early. Cash on collection please & transaction to be completed fully within 7 days of auction end. Could the buyer also make contact within 24 hrs of sale end.
