Delivery

We ship most (but not all) items within the UK and Internationally. Some items are for collection only which means they will need to be picked up by the buyer from either ourselves or our clients. Please refer to our listing to see where the items need to be picked up from. Large and Fragile items will be shipped at out discretion. Please contact us to confirm shipability and cost. International buyers are responsible for any customs, duties, etc. imposed by the buyer's home country. Please note, postage to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands or the Channel Islands may incur an additional fee. Please enquire before bidding.

We usually post items within 2 working days of receiving the payment, but this can sometimes take longer, particularly for larger or fragile items.

Combined Shipping: A combined shipping discount may be available on auctions ending within 3 days of each other, provided you contact us prior to payment.

We will do whatever we can to get your Christmas presents to you in time but we cannot guarantee the delivery if the payment is received after the above dates.

Payment information

We prefer to receive payments via PayPal. This enables us to process your transaction and dispatch your goods quicker. Please note that, due to the high costs involved, we may not be able to accept PayPal on high value items such as kitchens or cars so please enquire before bidding. We also accept Postal Orders and Direct Bank Transfer. No other payment methods are accepted. We do not accept cheque payments. Goods will only be shipped once funds have cleared.

Payment must be received within 7 days of the auction close. Unpaid auction wins will be forfeited after 7 days and a Non-Paying Bidder dispute will be filed with eBay to recover the closing fees of the auction.

Returns

All items are sold as-is and Flogit4u will only accept returns as follows:
- Items incorrectly described for exchange where possible or refund
- All returns must be arranged within 7 days of the receipt
- Buyer is responsible for all returns
- Refunds/Exchanges will only be given once the original oroduct is received back

Damaged in Shipping: Items damaged in shipping must be confirmed by the shipper. Hold the item, original packaging and contact us immediately. You will be refunded only after the claim has been approved and paid by the shipper.

Electronic items: All Electronic items have been tested on site unless stated otherwise. Items do not come with warranty unless stated otherwise.

Collection items: Large items are generally sold from our clients' premises. We photograph and describe all of our items in as much detail as we can, however we encourage you to ask as many questions as you can during the auction. We are selling these items on behalf of third parties. Please check the items are to your satisfaction upon pick up. Once an item has been picked up from our clients' premises the item is deemed to have been accepted and we will release your payment to the seller at which point we cannot issue any refunds.
