Fender Precision Bass "One for the Collector" MIJ HTF

Here it is guys!!! 1985 or 86 Precision Bass model #E558663 made in Japan in very nice condition. This is one for the Fender collector. It has from what I was told from a local guitar dealer the original strings. It has no cracks or chips. I was told with the right cleaning polish this guitar could look crisp and as beautiful as it was when purchased. I was told I could find out the date by taking the neck off but was advised it would be a safe move if left to a professional. So the date is as close as I could get. The case is also the original case. It shows some scuff marks and the hasps are oxidized from sitting. This has been in an attic for almost 20 years so that is why I was able to believe the strings were original. Plus a little research also confirmed it. With Christmas right around the corner this would make a perfect gift for the die hard fender collector or a beautiful piece to show or play at a gig. I will answer any questions you may have. I seen how banged up two of the same series of guitar went for earlier this month. They were both very busted up and one sold at $600 and the other at $700. When the CBS company sold Fender in March 1985 serial numbering didn't change because instruments continued to be made using existing tooling, parts, and serial number schemes. In the event more than one offer is made over the price I was quoted I will be fair and notify each party of the offer which is highest.
