Shipping of your items will be done within 24 to 48 hours upon recieving payment unless the time frame falls on a holiday or a sunday.I ship by USPS and provide a confirmation email with the tracking number for buyers in the U.S.A..International buyers who choose First Class will also recieve a shipment confirmation with the Customs Declaration # by email which is not a tracking number.Make sure your mailing address and email are up to date.Only Express Mail Int and Large Priority Mail offers online tracking.With auction listings not posted as Flat Rate click the shipping tab at the top of the listing then use the drop down menu which will "Calculate" the shipping cost for every country.If you cannot see the "Calculate" drop down menu contact me with your postal code and city or country and I will let you know.I have a 5 day time frame for combining items to be shipped together.I use the total weight to determine the shipping cost which saves on shipping costs.Items marked as FREE shipping are not calculated and are minused out of the equation.
Priority Mail Flat Rate Envelope shipments (4 pound weight limit) and Express Mail Flat Rate Envelope (no weight limit-can fit 4 bridge assemblies) can combine items into one package without any additional cost for 5 days provided that all of the items can fit into the Express/Priority envelope.You will be notified when the envelope limit for items has been reached.
Wait for the invoice to be sent to you which will reflect the correct shipping cost.Any item or combination of items over the weight of 13 ounces (U . S . A )will automatically convert to shipping by Priority Mail.

I only offer USPS Express Mail service for small items(No Weight Limit-Can Hold 4 Bridge Assemblies & flat items).If the item is large (body,neck etc.) use CALCULATE to determine cost.You can bid on as many items that you want to for 5 days that will fit into that Express Mail envelope without any additional shipping cost or until it is full to capacity.
Use ebay checkout at end of auction.The winning buyer or bidder should complete payment within 7 days of auction close.If you cannot complete payment within this time frame please do not to bid.In the event a defective item is recieved please contact me immediately.If an item is returned as non defective and you the buyer requests a refund rather than a replacement you will be refunded minus a 20% restocking fee.If you have a buyer feedback score of 95% or less your bid may be cancelled.It takes weeks out of valuable time to recoup ebay fees and relist items from non-paying bidders.
