• Combine Shipping

This shipping discount promotion is only available for leggings purchases only, items other than leggings will still receive $3 combined shipping discount. The following is an example on how you calculate your shipping cost:

Shipping cost of 4 pairs of leggings is $12.99 + shipping cost of a dress is $6.99 so the total would be = $12.99 + ($6.99 - $ 3) = $16.98 for a total of 5 items

* Please request an invoice from us if you are purchasing more than one leggings, a non automated invoice will be issued, shipping cost will be adjusted according to the chart above

 

 

 

• Shipping Address

  We will ship to the Paypal shipping address, please make sure that the shipping address on file is correct and sufficient. If a package is returned to us or delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect/insufficient shipping address provided, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost. If you need to change your shipping address after payment is made, please contact us immediately, please note that emails are not all necessarily read before shipment.

   

• Estimated Transit Time

  Estimated transit time to most countries is 10 to 21 business days. If you did not receive the package within the stipulated time frame, please contact us immediately.

   

• Inventory (Backorders, Out of Stock)

  Unfortunately, we have limited quantities of each item and different source of selling. We'll make every effort to ensure that our store inventory is updated. However, it takes a lot of work and effort to make sure that it clearly reflects the current status of our inventory. Items that are available now may be out of stock the next day. In the case where an item is out of stock or backordered, we'll email you immediately and issue a full refund, you may then decide if you still want the item again when it's back in stock.

• Status of Your Order

You can check the status of your order by accessing "My eBay", we will mark it as "shipped" if your package has already been shipped. Feel free to contact us at if you have any questions.

If for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us immediately so that we can take remedial action to correct the problem. All returns/exchanges are subject to confirmation from Sothis Atia, please read the guidelines and instructions provided below.. Return address will be provided in the confirmation email.

• Returns
1. Returns are accepted within 45 days from the shipped date, the item must be shipped back to us within 10 days of receipt of confirmation email from us
2. Items to be returned must be in its original, unworn/unwashed/unused condition with tags attached
3. If the return is a result of our error, we will issue a credit for the return shipping charges
4. Unfortunately, all intimates(stockings, pantyhose etc), swimwear items may not be returned or exchanged for hygienic reasons unless it's manufacturer's defect
5. Items returned without notifying us or outside our return policy guidelines will not be mailed back to you nor you will receive a refund
6. Return instructions :
1. Please contact us for the return address, you will receive a confirmation email within 12 to 24 hours (return address will be provided in the email)
2. Once confirmation email has been received, please pack the unworn/unwashed/unused item with all of its original packaging(if possible)
3. Write down your name and your eBay ID on a small paper and enclose it with your returned item
4. Ship to the return address provided in the confirmation email within 10 days of receipt of confirmation email
5. Please allow for 14 to 21 days from the return shipped date for your account to be credited

 

 

 

• Exchanges

Please contact us and provide us with your email address for Paypal, you will receive a confirmation email within 12 to 24 hours(return address will be provided in the email) , we will state the redelivery cost in the email, and issue the invoice to the email address provided by you earlier on, further instructions will be provided in the email
2. Once payment for the redelivery cost is made, please pack the unworn/unwashed/unused item with all of its original packaging(if possible)
3. Write down your name, your eBay ID as well as the size and color of the item that you wish to exchange for, on a small paper and enclose it with your returned item
4. Ship to the return address provided in the confirmation email within 10 days of receipt of confirmation email
5. Please allow for 14 to 21 days from the return shipped date for us to receive the package, we will reship the item that you wish to exchange for, within 12 hours to 24 hours of receipt of the package
