Combined Item Discounts & Invoicing: We gladly offer multi-item shipping discounts for items shipped together.  An auto-invoice is sent by eBay/PayPal for your convenience once you’ve purchased your Buy It Now item or have won an auction. If you are considering more items or are bidding on additional auctions simply ignore that invoice. When you are done shopping click request invoice on any of your items and we’ll send you an easy-to-use combined item invoice. Additionally we will automatically send invoices for all unpaid items within 24 hours.  PLEASE wait for an invoice to reflect shipping discounts as we do not provide refunds for lower shipping costs if you submit payment prior to receiving an invoice. Shipping & Insurance: While we exercise great care in packaging your item for shipment via the USPS/UPS we highly recommend purchasing the optional shipping insurance to mitigate any unforeseen issues that may arise in transit. Shipping insurance provides indemnity coverage for rifled, lost or damaged articles.  Please be aware that we cannot assume responsibility for shipping damage or loss of uninsured packages. Additionally, as we do not have a brick and mortar store we do not offer local pick-up. 

International Shipping: We will gladly ship any of our items internationally however PLEASE NOTE: the US Postal Service (USPS) does NOT offer shipping insurance on USPS International First Class Mail (least expensive) and Flat Rate Priority services. In addition you may experience extended shipping times with USPS International First Class Mail due to in-country customs review. Please contact us for rates if not specified.

Refund Policy: If you are not satisfied with your item you may return it for your money back or exchange it for an item of like value. Item must be returned within 14 days of shipped date, at Buyer's cost, and be in saleable condition (not worn/used, washed, smelling of smoke or damaged in any way). Refund/Exchange will be processed once item arrives and condition evaluated.  Note: as all items are shipped in pristine condition please do not return unsaleable items as refund/exchange will not be processed and item not returned. 

Payment: All payments must be received within 7 days of auction end or Buy It Now purchase.  If unable to submit payment within 7 days please advise via e-mail so that your item is not re-listed and an unpaid item dispute opened (we are very flexible as long as there is appropriate communication). 

Feedback: We will post feedback for you once your item has been shipped and you have received a shipping notification. If there is any confusion with your order please contact us before posting feedback as we would like the opportunity to make it right.
