Returns/ Exchange Policy
OFF MY HEAD ONLY ACCEPTS THE RETURN OF FAULTY GOODS
Full refunds will be given on items returned to Off My HEad within 7 days of receipt. After this period, exchanges only will be given within fourteen days of delivery. Labels must still be attached, and the item unworn.
A refund will be made for the cost of the goods only.
All items are customers responsibility until they are received by Off My Head.
