At the Qualityshop, Customer Satisfaction is our goal so we do our best to make sure you are completely happy with your purchase. We have an UNCONDITIONAL return policy refunding the Buyer the full purchase price for items received back for return which are in there original, undamaged condition.
Please note: Postage costs are not refundable.
Qualityshop Return Policy:
To return your purchase, please contact us via qualityshop@ukonline.co.uk. We will then advise you of the destination details. We must receive the item back in its original, undamaged condition and with its original packaging material within 14 days of purchase. We also require the original invoice included with the order or it will make it difficult, if not impossible, to process the return. Please include the reason for the return.
Refunds are processed within 5 days of receipt of package through the original payment method.

Damaged in Transit
IMPORTANT: Any items damaged in transit must be reported to qualityshop@ukonline.co.uk within 24hours. Please note that any claims will be resolved in conjunction with the insurance cover requested.
Erroneous / Cancelled bids
We reserve the right to charge for reimbursement of listing fees and any other ebay/paypal fees incurred for the cancellation of winning bids. This will be carried out using the eBay Dispute Consol and may result in your eBay account being closed.
