This is a heavy nonwoven fabric,4" or 10cms wide,fusible(iron on) on both sides.It is used to make those nice shaped tiebacks,and because it is iron-on you can make a very professional smooth finish to the cloth. It can obviously be used for pelmet work and tabs,and is useful for any job where heavy reinforcement is needed.It is of course washable and drycleanable.

"Buckram" is what it is called,but it is of course nothing like real buckram,which went out of use for most purposes centuries ago! ONLY 99 PENCE FOR 2.5 METRES
