Here are 8 old green glass Venetian trade beads..  They are a type that has been popular in the Indian trade for over 150 years. This particular bunch was probably made sometime between 1840 and 1920.  Even though these were obtained from an African bead trader they were made in Italy and this style bead was traded throughout the world.
